NexState Energy Corporation was formed from the nucleus of NexState Technologies Ltd, which was formed in 2016. With many decades of experience in energy projects and operations of all kinds, NexState Energy Corporation was formed to provide solutions for the most challenging environmental problems on the planet using technologies learned through decades of experience in the oil, gas, and energy business. Brilliant work done by our brethren throughout the industries and creative thinking regarding how to apply these ideas and create a workable business case while solving these huge problems has put NexState Energy Corporation at the forefront of what we believe to be the single largest business opportunity on the planet.

Additionally, NexState Energy Corporation has strategic alliances across the Caribbean region where we have been asked to deliver millions of gallons of LPG and LNG, and electrical power to millions of citizens in these regions. This need, together with solving the most impactful environmental problems they are facing, has created a remarkable opportunity that NexState is poised to embark upon. Like all companies, in the US and the world, COVID 19 slowed our progress during 2020. However, 2021 is shaping up to be the year 2020 was supposed to be, if a bit late.
